This Old City of Dubrovnik (Dub-ro-nik) is located in the Dalmatian Coast and beside bieng a city,it was also an important Mediterranean sea power from the 13th Century onwards.It has managed to preserve its gothic Renaissance and Baroque churches,palaces,monesteries and fountains.
The Old City of Dubrovnik became a World Heritage Site in 1979 and had declared it a proper heritage site in 1994 because of all the beauty that this city had and structure on where it was set.Also from being damaged severly in 1667 and armed conflict in 1990's.
I chose this place because of half of my family come from there and has a beautiful sight of the sea.
